Gosh you are just a tad impatient. Well that is easy for me to say I know. However, to be fair, these guys are unlikely to be hovering over a desk with pens poised at this stage of the year.

There will no doubt be things going on in the background prior to Christmas and sometime in January getting everything sorted with dotting the "i's" and crossing the "t's" in what should be a significant step for both parties.

After all Indus will have to make sure that what is being proposed is going to satisfy the ASX requirements in order to get the required nod of approval to be back trading again.

We just have to keep our fingers crossed that the negotiations between Indus and New Era are proceeding smoothly enough without any last minute hitch and collapse.

The fact that we have got to this stage in late 2018 is a hopeful sign. The old adage about no news is good news.

I am predicting that it will be at least mid January before we get an announcement and even that might be a bit soon in the circumstances. I am certainly hopeful of some clarity between mid January to late January. Fingers crossed.
