Dont quote me but im pretty sure they released an IM and have previously indicated that as part of their strategy they would consider JV or sale. I don't buy shares in TMX for Atzec - I buy because market cap is not only less than cash but also less than receivable owing from SR mining, costs have been slashed, board has been actively reviewing company making projects, board has skin in game, etc.
