Who would have thought the hated and "shorted to death" EWC might be the first company to add extra gas to the east coast market . EWC already has a proven resource of 31bcf, processing and plant facilities at Emomage & Gilmore in position and capable of processing 12Tj gas/day. Moreover, these facilities are already connected to the Qld pipe line system. Even better they have just received a grant from the federal government of $2m to get the plant up and running (has been on care and maintenance since 2001 when gas was almost worthless) . The market might not have picked this up yet but IMO EWC looks like a really good spec buy.
