No news nor releases from the Coy as yet telling us how they went with the appeal they have lodged with the Appellant Court in Texas. Obviously this must be another Frivolous Issue as well, and that is even when they are the ones which initiated the appeal against the original verdict they received against them in Texas.

Now there are rumours that, even though they have been ordered to pay for all costs by the three judges, they are refusing to pay up. Now is that correct.??

So, if I got that one right, they have initiated this so called appeal, but, once received the judgment against them, they refuse to abide by the rules as handed down by the Court and it's Justices......Go Figure!!!

Now, why did they do it in the first place in lodging that appeal if they had no intentions of taking any notices of the results if it was going to turn against them.??

Perhaps someone in the know within the company could confirm or deny this unusual action/thing.
