Dan, the price should be at least twice where it is now before any raising (IF required) occurs.
The program of building the PGM and Chrome washing plants is self-funding from here. With 6 plants (+ SLV's share of Kroondal) operating by July, that lucrative side of the business hauls itself up by the bootstraps until 13 plants are operating.
Raising funds for Everest North is not going to be any problem. And it won't be done down here!
