Earning was good. but the dividend, $0.09 was much less than broker expected $0.14
also cost was too high
Earning was not good enough for SP raised
now $9.53 CY2015 dividends=17c----1.8%
1 year ago, SP roughly $6.5 CY2014 dividends=16c----2.5%
2 year ago, SP roughly $4.5 CY2013 dividends=14.5c----3.2%
dividend return rates was downtrend
(Don't take my view, I am adding & holding short positions)
