TTI is not likely to have massive trading when there is only 275 million shares on issue at a market cap of $9.6m but does seem under valued.

It is not a day traders stock , as they are a semi mature business that tends to generate most of its local revenues from government work and only seem to make around 6 or 7 announcements per annum outside of change of directors interests and the normal reporting announcements .

For some reason they don't tend to promote themselves that much when they win contracts and we only hear about in the financial reporting periods.

All of this tends to see a lack of volume of shares traded.

The reason I think it appears under valued is the half year revenues were $20m million with EBIT of $1m for the 16/17 period.

In 2014 revenues for the full year were $40m and this generated a $700k in EBIT

At that time there was expectation road light sales would begin to flow , unfortunately this was slow and the market became a bit disillusioned and there was actually an attempt to roll the board.

Now 3 years later , TTI is seeing road lighting sales beginning to come to fruition , and even better global sales in more of the traffic control products being announced , many in fact if you read the half yearly should be hitting the revenue line in the 2nd half of 2017

At that time the shares were trading between 6 cents and 8 cents

This year based on the first half , we should see more than $40m revenue , triple the EBIT performance , and lower debt levels , yet the share price is half what it was then.

Whilst TTI might not trade big volumes it does not mean it cannot rise on solid results and gain greater market interest
