The comment about the 2nd half orders being very strong makes you think they will at least repeat the 1st half , so $42 million revenue and $4 million EBITDA is a wonderful turnaround in the last 12 months , and makes you wonder whether a larger company will swoop and make a bid whilst the market cap is so low .

A company trading at 12-14 times EBIT in the same sector could easily take this out, pay off the debt and then double if not triple their investment.
