Hi Peterkd - Your posts which are seasoned with grace and insight is one of the reason why im still hanging on to MLS... so thank you for sharing your wealth of knowledge. I'm just somewhat frustrated with the continuous silence and delays hence why i feel the need to let off some steam. i just hope the BOD hasnt bitten more than they can chew with all the different projects going on.
