I expect spud will happen in early december. Please note this is new drilling vessel aswell.
It is expected that the rig will take some four weeks to mobilize to Kenya so that the drilling operations should commence towards the end of November.
4 weeks is 28 days from 1/11 = 29/11.
Still buying at these levels will prove fine if you want to hold until closer to target.
