Good afternoon Nord (good to have you as a fellow holder), oh boy does that now add some pressure to my buy in!

Glad you enjoyed my initial post on EAR . I had been ignoring it for quite a while after that big run it had to $0.38 or so, then after AVB got its T/O offer, I took some money off the table and looked at every stock I watch (too many), EAR came up trumps for the risk/reward.

I so hope that I have led you to a winner. NST could add another 100k p.a (although I think with a few upgrades, the plant could easily hit 150k p.a), which would see NST (assuming they do indeed follow through with a T/O) getting closer to the magical number they have yet to utter (1m ounces p.a). The metrics for buying a good project for NST stack up so easily its not funny. The value they are getting for their ounce produced compared to most in the market is stupendously good. I think the MC versus per 100k p.a is almost $650m. Means they could pay $300m for EAR, and still double that again in market cap gain.

As for the IRR, as you say, it should more than hit triple digits.

Looking forward to any charts you throw EARs way!
