Blackbetty you might miss the boat. Your broker might have made a boo boo. If Rechner is foung guilty which I doubt ,he will then he will resign and probably won't be able to hold office again or for a while. Someone else (eg former director Richard Diermajer) or someone on the board could take up role of MD. In any case EBRs course is set. 5 cooper wells in about 6 weeks. Cultana Gold, Copper, Uranium prospect which (reservedly) the company is very excited about coming up once native title is settled. 25% of the Bass Straight prospect which is a real big target and hundreds sq kms of 3D presently being interpreted. Mineral sands, Uley Graphite and I understand they have recently applied for some gold prospecting approvals. There would be no reason imo to suspend the company even if Tony Rechner was foung guilty. IMO the charges were a bit piddly anyway as it's not like he ripped of company assets or insider trading or anything like that. So...I still reckon its been a good time to accumulate as I have been doing and when the cooper drilling starts expect 9-11c easily. cheers fc
