Reclaim Industries (Ticker: RCM) has announced that they have entered heads of agreement to acquire an e-recruitment company called Employment Management Systems. Its won the redherring 100 Asia region and was a finalist in the global completion in 2012 so it can be seen as a competitor to 1 page.
RCM's share price has rocketed on that news with awesome volumes going through ($243,107 worth so far). The same cannot be said for ITT unfortunately, even though 1-page looks like a superior product from my vague research of Employment Management Systems.
