    not sure about the rules you mention ,

    but buying a measley 5k worth of shares would be irrelevant to any news release in the near term .

    moreover the last time a director bought shares in ORO
    19/04/2011 the next day 20/04/2011 an annoucement was made regarding the drilling update .
