the issue is the old holders who got the ops for 0.2c as a loyalty bonus, are dreary of a lost future with old malaise management past, so dont price a future hope in.
it is new holders, and the new company management focus that will bring new investors, and fresh air that eventually will steal them from old dreary hands.
