As everyone here should know by know, SFR has farmed-in with THX in respect of Red Bore (subject to the co-holder not exercising a pre-emptive right) with a possible JV down the track by issuing THX with the appropriate number of shares in SFR to equal $1.5m worth.

There are some conditions attaching of course.

This is a post that I did this AM on THX about the deal if anyone is interested. THX did quite well I reckon. Will SFR court AUR in the same way/ -  or want to buy it outright? Our tenement is much bigger and more prospective that Red Bore, although Red Bore already has a small JORC'd copper deposit within it, so that would have to be worth something.
