RNI has not fully paid for Doolgunna yet and it's still in the name of Ascidian Prospecting p/l too until full payment. $300k, the final payment, is due to be paid on or before 7 July. There is money set aside to do that, now that the CR @7c happened.

In addition, AP p/l will get more shares (again). $400k's worth in fact at the lower of 2c (convert to 10c now) or the then prevailing VWAP'd price. Assuming it will be 10c or higher then that will be 4m shares. However, if @ 6c, then it will be 6.66m shares.

What will be the SP at 7 July? Can HQ get an ann out before then that will get the SP 10c or over. I know that Ascidian (David Jones) has been kind to AUR by letting it extend the option (2 years ago - https://www.aurisminerals.com.au/wp-content/uploads/RNI-Extends-Option-Over-Doolgunna-Project.pdf) instead of letting SFR in. He could have easily forsaken his old mate Miles K and gone with Karl Simich , but he didn't. All that said though, the current BoD would rather issue 4m shares that say 6.66m I'm sure.

If SFR has made a serious offer, then while AP/DJ still owns the tenement, then I don't think that he would want an ann about a sale/purchase before he got his shares, as that would springboard the SP and in the process limit his issue to 4m. No, wait til he gets the $300k and the shares, say 6.6m shares, and AUR gets full title, then get the sale/purchase news out. That's what I would be doing anyway if I were DJ. More $$$$$$$$$$$$$$!

DD1 assays out this week? 165ms of oxide gold and/or copper?

7 July is Friday week. That will be the day that AUR should (will!!!!) own the Doolgunna tenement outright.

We might see some corporate activity after that.

If the SP is 5c on the day of the $300k payment then Ascidian will get 8m shares. I reckon that David Jones would like to see the SP at that price on the day, or even lower
