Although OEMs take time to do their DD, there is no doubt in mhy mind that with BP on board and already having done his DD (as has someone the calibre of JH) and BP's business contacts to the highest levels of corporate America, this DD process will be accelerated.
Multiple deals with OEMs the stature of Bissell, Whirlpool, etc. will translate to a massive market cap for PO3.
Three verticals - and potentially more; in the hands of a top notch management team and PO3 is a steal at current levels.
