Short term I would call two to three years. Roughly about the same time the pilot plant is winding up and EV's are approaching 20% of total new vehicle sales worldwide. That's a whole lot of dysprosium goofy even if you believe the reduction fairytale, so much in fact that China won't have a hope of keeping it's own domestic consumption secret let alone the under the table exports.
