Interesting Tremeer, seems you are privy to more info than what has officially been released to the market. Wonder if that "binding agreement" contains any force majeure clauses. TBH until the $10m pre-payment has been made I would remain very sceptical of the deal.

You stated in your earlier post that it was YOUR understanding that NTU would be producing DyO. Now you are actually stating that NTU WILL be producing a DyO.
Nothing but an unsubstantiated comment Tremeer and it very well may turn out that YOUR understanding was/is incorrect.

As it stands, NTU WILL be producing an 52% mixed concentrate from the pilot plant operation which will be heavily subsidised by the Australian government through R7D tax rebates. Australian tax payers footing the bill for this loss making venture so that NTU can supply China with a 52% mixed concentrate. I am truly disgusted!
