Strip out the 17% VAT from $175 and the net value inside China is circa $150kg.
But then NTU is only planning to supply a 52% concentrate for 3 years, which attracts a 27% tax.
Net value could be as low as $10kg based on the last 92% TREO concentrate prices I've seen.
Little wonder this Chinese controlled outfit is chasing 40/45% "R&D" rebates, Australian tax payer funding.
Note no SH can offer alternate values, beats me how any Australian could support it.
