 I think I can see your angle but I don't agree with it. I'm not sure what the female v male has to do with it?   This could very well be a case of revenge porn? Wasn't there something written about the guy who leaked the videos  (ex nrl player)  trying to screw over Napa? Napa's obviously a total imbecile to knowingly allow that stuff to be recorded, but if he didn't agree with the release then maybe the new laws apply?
Again I don't quite see where the equality comes into it?
