I accept that inventory reduction has contributed to cash generation but there has been no material change in borrowings.
What you fail to acknowledge, however, is the investment in non-current assets that has been a drain on cash and contributed to a substantial increase in NTA. You can't on the one hand point to inventory reduction as a contributor to cash generation but on the other hand ignore investment in other assets.
