    How do you know the EBITDA of BYO in the future? FLight will pay 6x that amount minus their initial ~$2,5m payment, right?
    And also if you dont mind explaining how the property co is a ponzi?? there's no borrowing from peter to pay paul here. Or do you know something the market doesn't
