I have been looking at the chart of this latest little...

I have been looking at the chart of this latest little downtrend, I am a TA knucklehead. Is there a gap on the way down @ .031, and if so..... is this treated the same by the TA guys, who know what they are doing, as if there was a gap on the way up???. IE, given the FA is ok, that the SP should revisit .031 if they are following such rules???. Not really a serious question.... just interested if the rules the serious TA guys follow are the same for both the way up and down??
