Yeh the start date, not to mention Ministerial and EPA approval, FEED, materials, contractors etc etc etc etc oh and one more JV approval (that could be useful) ....... maybe they plan on spending their Tui $$$$$ on a couple of Take-Overs so they can silence any decent......yeh they had me laughing.
