and more stock continually gets placed on at .002 thanks to management and Deer Valley. IMO i think it would be best to get a new board and forget about this present board. This Deer Valley convertable note has as i suspected just further trashed the SP and if as Graham suspects, this management issue shares to Deer Valley at .005 then .001 is a profit for them. Dung paper stock and i hope Mr Parker reads HC and instead of writing a supposedly "rude" email to Graham after Graham mentioned his leave, i would suggest either they get their act toigether fast or go on leave permanently. There are many other people that could run this company far better than has been run, and that includes myself
