I must add Sin Tang possibly selling to themselves or "friends" does achieve something...

1) Capital loss to offset capital gain from Sphere... Sin Tang recently sold some sphere shares to offset capital losses from FWL

2) Selling to "friends" or themselves, they still hold same number of shares, but pushed price down will made it extremely hard to issue shares & raise funds to work on this project. After sometime, other share holders will be frustrated & want to get out.

FWLOA holders will essentially get nothing.
