No one likes delays it makes people think what if, once the seed of doubts are planted the nervous start to think of all the bad things that can happen. While its good to be cautious you don't update the market and then let it go past deadlines without further updates. Mr market likes to be well informed, an informed shareholder is a happy one. CEO's of small Oil companies need to have a degree in Marketing, Communications and Petro engineering, just stay a head of the game and in this market even more so.
