CHM didnt pull the plug on this but MMX co-defendent Grimaldi did with no opposition from MMX because according to their lawyer MMX defence is Barnes and Grimaldi statements and thats it.

So your no reason ignores a run up ahead of the start of the case. Now that the large case is on ice until I guess next year focus will turn to the August date for the smaller unmentioned by MMX case.
