When MMX go for a run and then ease off it's called
"consolidation"........LOL.

Make sure you get the terminology right.... LOL.

Agree with you re next court case in August, anything can happen ( and probably will).

Lot's of time for all parties to practice the Alan Bond Line " I can't recall due to my medical condition"..........LOL.

I think the "medical condition" of a few characters will make the Mexican swine flu look like a bad case of hiccups.
