For once turn your brain on before you post. CFHM ran in the lead up to the start of the case and then has gone off the radar as MMX co-defendents couldnt deal with the evidence presented and case got delayed.

There will be little interest in CHM till August when the second case goes to court. Oh I forgot you dont understand about this second case because MMX never mentions it.

At risk is 5% of the IO assets which is 10% of MMX crossland shares. Still seems like a direct claim against IO assets which is what Paul denies.
