Those drivers are not necessarily going to either de Janeiro or Tinto ! ....
NRW has solid Pilbara in lithium for Altura (I think they are on 24 hour shift work there which nay burn out a few drivers ) ....and there is Gascoyne Gold as well...which they bought some new trucks for.

I saw on their Facebook that up in the Pilbara they just completed the West Angelas airport extension with indigenous partner NYFL ( which according to Business News https://www.businessnews.com.au/article/NYFL-into-administration was placed into administration in March 2018 owing $2.8 million!)
..and that while they were up there they completedcan extra $1.8 million of work but I don’t think the dump truck drivers are required for West Angelas as that seems to be Rio’s model automated site where the trucks are all driven from Perth.
...as apparently will be the case with the big new mine at Kooaideri
