Just market jitters IMO, when small caps are awaiting approvals the market speculates in the slightest movement up or down and the punters all follow suite. The proof is there, I'm not sure how the QLD government would justify non-approval.
On another topic, i think it would be nice if we get updated on china, if anyone has any news on china please let me know.
