Sandbar, To all of that this is what I have to say. Yes, they might be better than CTP at doing drilling but what have you got to say to what that drilling rig did while it was under the control of Santo.??
So, regardless at all of what you and others are saying, the risk is always there and as such do n0t ever count your chickens before the hatching has been fully completed because many things can go wrong along the way.

Amazing though at how many people do the head count instead of waiting till the time is up.
