    The recent spate of news in Japan and the Middle east is definitely showing how important it is to invest in gold bullion, silver bullion and precious metal stocks. Though some of the juniors have taken a beating, their move back up will be substantial once news get released that the Japanese have contained the facility. If they aren't able to, then we might see some more downside. But one can be rest assured though that the market will recover. Think of the tremendous rally we had after the GFC....how many had wished that they had bought certain companies at those ridiculous prices.

    In periods such as these, it is always best to either be out of the market in cash [if you are lucky to have a crystal ball] or to make speculative investments in stocks that have good potential. For that reason, i personally stick to plays with the three basic criteria;

    Great and PROVEN management
    Tight share structure, low overheads and NO DEBT
    Great flagship projects for huge upside potential

    I seriously think that the precious metals sector is showing incredible strength and will resume its bull market trend once things get resolved in Japan.

    As such, my weekend is starting today to spend time with loved ones and watch the news on occasion. My positions are in the red [at this moment] but i am comfortable with the prices i paid. So invest wisely and do your due diligence and....

    Have a great weekend all.
