As in, I would literally stand next to the discharge of the machine and see for your own eyes how much comes out relative to their claims. Or go one step further and meticulously check all of their claims.

Also be sure to look at the alternative technologies.

Finally, why would you pay that scrap tyre supplier that amount? Do they have supply contracts? Do they have any goodwill? My understanding is that the tyre scrap market is a mature and highly competitive market already. How can a brand new player come in and suddenly be worth $1.6M.

I trust you will do your own thorough DD but as a sceptic, just something to throw in the mix.
