The ASX announcement did mention "For further information, contact Norman Seckold or Peter Nightingale on (phone numbers given)"

Give them a phone call and maybe also ask how much due diligence BSG did on Coeur and when it was completed.

I believe due diligence on Coeur would be a much more complex, time consuming matter than the due diligence needed on BSG/PJO.
