So, now we know what Norm wasn't telling us - development cost at Palmerejo, which at the 2006 AGM in November last year was US$75m, is now $US200m.

I imagine that the BSG Board would have had quite a few sleepless nights wondering how they could get hold of another $US125m. Going back to the market one year after you've raised $US75m and saying, "Actually, we underestimated things a teensy bit," would not have been a good look.

That explains an awful lot to me.
