If anyone books through Wotif at their "discount" prices...check first with the hotel. The discount offered on wotif is relative to the "full price" ie a "rack price" which is only charged by the hotel or motel once or twice a year
( you know New Years Eve..Melb Cup etc ) or in some cases never...they do not seem to have a checking process to establish the hotel/motels full price but rely on the honesty of the listing motel/hotel..
The share price is doing well but if their disregard of customers which I have experienced today is common then lessons will be learned. It seems they consider the hotels as their income base rather than the punters. Beware.
