I don't believe the market is factoring the 8.7xEBIDTA. IMO the dumping is coming from those who bought BEPPA without any clue of what they were buying. Some lucky fools buying BEPPA before the suspenssion under 15c and some panic and conusion. Once the market dumps the dumbs it will probably a stable stock to put your money in. Best option at the moment is waiting to see some steady trading, so far nobody knows for sure what the best price to get in. Happy to pay a premium for some stability, but I believe it is worth to wait at least a couple of days. So far, this pig smells like bacon...
