Etherazer, while you are clearly against the deal, to attack posters just for sharing a differing view is below your usual manner of posting.

To be honest, if Mr Marais does get a meeting called, and oust management, ROC will, IMHO, under-perform whilst new management are found, then hired, then try to settle in etc etc. By that time, the Merger could have been done and perhaps a re-rating occur. The unknown is almost always viewed as a negative in the market.

There is a way to go before the merger occurs, who knows what might happen.
