If Marais wants to call a meeting and attempt to get ROC shareholder support to replace the Board he most certainly can.
Why should ROC holders give 58% of our cash and our franking credits to HZN holders to bankroll their debt.

"Stump up or shut up".

Before you deign to offer advice to ROC holders, especially the No 1 holder, I suggest you "stump up or shut up".
