Let me throw something out there........

The Australian government has a vested interest in the country moving towards it's energy supply consisting of 20% renewables by 2020. To assist in ensuring the target is met, the Australian Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA) has created what is known as the "ARENA General Funding Strategy", see at below:

Given that the company is not exactly what you would call flush with funds, would it not make sense to tap into government funding if available. Of course, the project would have to meet ARENA's approval for viability etc.

Wouldn't get stuck on the term "patented", as it hasn't been disclosed who's patent it is.......

Now not saying that ARENA has anything to do with it, however, IMO the 20-30% reduction in funding would be likely to come from something similar.

Just throwing it out there, thoughts...........?
