I really like the premise of the DUB story - but have 2 niggling...

I really like the premise of the DUB story - but have 2 niggling questions:

1) why don't DUB ever mention the ocean of cloud based call-recording competitors - in any of their updates - that is pretty disingenuous - and reeks of 'inappropriate' omission - it is incumbent on them to tell us how they are different / better than the dozens of similar businesses - a business customer can easily find their way to sign up to a competitor - they don't need to go through the telco / Broadsoft route

2) how can integrations with 32 billing telcos yield such tiny amounts of revenue - each telco would have 100,000's of business customers - who in turn would have 10's of users - representing millions of addressable users - yet revenue is still only $6mill per year??? that suggests to me that the telcos are selling this very slowly - despite how easy it all sounds - I think we need some insight into the enterprise sales challenges
