Because they are a commidity one product wonder company that provides call recording services. It's at no risk and they get a cut of the profit so why the hell not. The profit is in the enterprise space and they have 0% chance. Only upside I see is in the consumer space but then again who would want to pay a subscription for 300mins per month when you can download a recording app and store it in your cloud.
