Good luck Chris, I know this stuff too and their technology is no different to a number of competitive hosted providers I could mention which I don’t out of respect.
Please don’t think they’ve invented something unique, trust me that’s not the case but what they seem to have done well is market the product and position it to telcos but the contracted users needs to convert to billed users, until that happens it’s still just potential.
Market cap vs revenue is key now, that still seems massively skewed right??
