This did not lead to a takeover whereas in NZ, Spark is taking over TeamTalk and Fairfax or Suncorp is taking over Tower so all of the M&A is in NZ. Downer over Hawkins.
WOR might have to relocate to NZX if it wants to be part of the M&A action? No action in Australia just yet. Not even QBE has got a guernsey.
