Do you really think that because Dar Group said it had "no present intention of initiating discussions with Worley in terms of a change of control transaction", that it meant it was all over and that Dar Group was going to happily sit by as a passive shareholder for the next 5 years?
You don't think that statement in italics above was made for a very express purpose?
And that purpose being to apply the bunsen burner to the behinds of the WOR board?
Which, judging from the last sentence in WOR's update this morning, has worked exactly the way DAR Group intended, namely to get the WOR board to finally engage.
