AFR all over the hit and miss record of when companies do choose to make public a "highly conditional" approach. In hindsight the Board jumped the wrong way. I'm sure we will be hearing more about that.
Nothing wrong with shorting either, it's just another investment option. Which all of our super funds would deploy.
